I don't think the leaflet is really worth scanning, as it looks like the actual sheet, except the fact it's b&n instead of blue/grey & green.

It's enclosed in the "original" paper and has the sorta bio/information I may say, in japanese (as always, actually)

Then the lyrics are both in english/french and then japanese forms.
